1955 – born in July 31 in Kirovabad city.

1973-1977 – admitted to and left the college of military engineering, chemical defence in Saratov and in the same year went to the military service in the system of USSR Ministry of Defence

1977 - appointed as the head of the analytical calculation group N 983 of the Republican headquarter of Civil Defence of Georgian Soviet Socialist Republic

1979 - moved to Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic and was appointed as anti-chemical and anti-radiation protection platoon commander of a separate regiment

1981 - appointed as senior officer of the Civil defence headquarter of Leningrad

1985 - lecturer at the headquarter of Civil Defence of the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic

1986 – 1988 admitted to and left the Military Engineering Academy after Kuybishev in Moscow

1988 - Deputy head of civil defence of the Ecexutive Committee of Shahumyan Region in Yerevan , head of the headquarter

1990 - Deputy head of the civil defence of Yerevan, head of the headquarter

1992 - First deputy head of the republican headquarter of civil defence

1993 - By the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia appointed as the Deputy head of civil defence of the Republic of Armenia , head of the republican headquarter

1993 – 1997 From the formation of the department of emergency situations of RA the head of the state department of the emergency situations, deputy minister, head of the republican headquarter of civil defence of the republic of Armenia

3.09.2010, by order №189A of the President of RA, he was awarded the rank of Major- General of rescue service, RA.

30.08.2014, by order №212-A of the President of RA, he was awarded the rank of Lieutenant-General of rescue service, RA.
